I.T. Business Analysis
My creativity and communication skills carried over nicely into my job as an I.T. business analyst. I help streamline technical business processes by documenting, testing, and managing improvements for them.
I remember when I first applied for the job through a 40-page handwritten document. In less than a year, I created a zero-cost, temporary digital alternative and the plan to implement a permanent, automated hiring system for one of the largest industrial companies in the U.S..
Training & LMS Management
I was given over 100 instruction documents for company computer processes. After testing them, I complimented them with training videos and developed role-based curriculums.
I maintained the videos on a hosting platform where they were tagged, searchable, and embedded on the company ERP system. I managed the curriculums on an LMS, even creating a basic ERP training quiz that unlocked user access to it.
